Who we are and what we do.

Carpet Solutions

We make use of the hot extraction method (also known as steam cleaning) to clean your home carpets and rugs. This is especially effective for homes with pets and children or adults with allergies. The hot water extraction method uses equipment that sprays hot water, mixed with cleaning chemicals, while simultaneously vacuuming the sprayed water along with all the dislodged and dissolved dirt.

Many carpet manufacturers recommend professional hot water extraction as it is the most effective carpet cleaning method to get rid of ingrained dirt. We make sure that the suction power of our machinery is in top condition to ensure the fastest drying times for your convenience. Drying times can range anything form 2-12 hours depending on weather, ventilation, amount of dirt and the type of carpet.

We ensure that we prolong the life of your carpets by making sure that our chemical mixture has a neutral PH which prevents faster re-soiling of the carpet fibres.

Our frequently asked questions

The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. This method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. If needed, the crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. Also, the equipment is vacuuming the entire time we are cleaning.

On average, it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. It can take anywhere between 3-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Using fans and keeping all the windows open will help accelerate the drying time.

We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the area in question. In the end, we’re not satisfied until you are.

If you live alone with nothing other than normal environmental factors to dirty your carpets, cleaning them once a year should be sufficient. If you smoke, have pets or children or if the carpet is in a high traffic area it should be cleaned every six to nine months depending on how exposed it is.

It would be appreciated if the smaller items and stuff underneath the beds can be moved out of the room. We can assist in the moving of beds and cupboards, However we cannot take responsibility for pulling out cables when moving Computers and TV stands.
